here are some informations according to your rights and the costs for shiping your order.

You will have to pay for your order in advance. We accept bank transfers, cheques or payment by PAYPAL (for more informations please visit: www.paypal.com - this service is free for customers and you can upload your money with your creditcard) or another method of payment that suits you. Please feel free to contact us.

Shipment inside Germany

Shipment abroad and overseas
The costs for shiping your order depend on the total weight of the parcel. Usually we will ship your goods by standard DHL parcel. These parcels are trackable (does not apply to the some routes inside the target country). The transport usually is done quickly.
There is however a cheaper method for shiping books (No. 2). This second method only applies for parcels up to a total weight of 5 kilogramm.
If you should wish other methods of shipment (AIRMAIL, Express, Over-night) please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to offer an individual solution for your needs.

(1) Standard shipment by DHL parcel

Shiping your books we usually do so as a DHL parcel (or a shipment by DPD for Austria, Netherlands, France and Belgium). For the price of your order please firstly look up the Zone your country belongs to:

Zone 1 (EU) :
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republik, Danemark, Estonia, Finnland, France*, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lituania,  Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands*, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain*, Zypres , umänien, Schweden, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien*

 * Regions, Departements outside Europe fall into zone 4

Zone 2 (Europe except countries of the European Union):
Andorra, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaidschan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kroatia, Liechtenstein, Mazedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City

(2) Buch- und Pressesendung

Up to a total weight of 5 kg and a value of goods up to 100,- EUR we generally offer a cheaper method of shipment. This shipment however sometimes takes weeks. The parcel isn't traceable at all. Only the arrival of the parcel will have to receiped.
This method does include an alternative that basically means your goods will be transported by plane (AIRMAIL). This doesn't mean your books will be handled as an Express-parcel but the shipment will be far quicker and it will take approximately as long as an usual DHL-package. The price depends on the weight:

Shipment inside Europe (regular)

Shipment inside Europe by plane (AIRMAIL)
